Steps

UNIP is now fully integrated with Open Markets to offer you a low cost SMSF Annual Administration platform and cheaper brokerage.

In order to move your administration to us, you will need to:

  1. Register on our platform to create your username and password
  2. Set-up your fund and member details
  3. Provide us with your financial reports from the previous financial year
  4. Provide us with all your share trade details currently available in the fund, this will help us set up correct investment balances.
  5. Open your broking account with Open Markets, they will transfer your stocks from your existing broker
  6. If you are currently employed then you need to change your SuperStream ESA to SMSF DataFlow, register with them so we can collect your contribution details, instructions are available on SMSF SuperStream Integration
  7. Open Markets will open a bank account with Macquarie Bank for your trade settlement
  8. You need to give us authority to download Macquarie Bank transactions, You will find the forms available on Data Feeds
  1. If you are thinking about starting your SMSF then you first need to have a trust deed, here are some of the providers who you can use to do this for you

  2. Open an account with Open Markets for your share trading, who will also open a Macquarie Bank account for your trade settlement
  3. You need to give us authority to download Macquarie Bank transactions, You will find the forms available on Data Feeds
  4. If you are receiving contributions then you need to provide your employer with our ESA to SMSF DataFlow, you also need to register with SMSFDATAFLOW so that we can collect your contribution details, instructions are available on SMSF SuperStream Integration
